Gastro-tim headquarters

The headquarters of this company – Gastro Tim in Pazin, Croatia – was conceived by Designer Visen Slamar of Tissa Studio and features a dynamic and airy style: the large windows dialogue with the outside, while the mostly open interior spaces feature neutral tones alternating with bolder colours. The spaces encourage communication among the employees of this company, which specializes in the production of kitchens for hotels and restaurants, as well as in other HoReCa equipment, such as heating and cooling tables. Completed in 2016, Gastro Tim’s headquarters is notable for its extensive use of ceramic tiles, which are present in several areas.

Cotto d’Este tiles are featured in several spaces, starting with the reception area, which has been infused with panache and character by the Kerlite Metal covering in the dark an intense shade of Iron. The result? An original metallic effect on 3×1 m Kerlite 5Plus laminated porcelain stoneware slabs that give the space an unmistakable contemporary touch. In the common and social areas, the rolled concrete effect of X-Beton in the delicate Dot 50 grey is particularly eye-catching, giving the space a strong sense of order and minimalism, which is ideal for the dynamic setting of a production centre. The Bluestone Evolution line has been applied to the outdoor floors: the material boasts a very striking look, embellished with the distinctive decorative elements of Pierre Bleue, typical of Belgium. All the surfaces guarantee very high resistance and are extraordinarily easy to clean and maintain, which are essential factors to ensure the utmost comfort in the rooms.
