Panariagroup al Career Day di CERSAIE 2024
On 26 and 27 September, Panariagroup, a leader in the production and distribution of high-quality ceramic surfaces, will be present with a dedicated booth at CERSAIE 2024 Career Day, organised by Confindustria Ceramica in collaboration with Almalaurea and local universities. For the occasion, Panariagroup’s HR team will welcome students and talented young professionals to their stand, introducing them to the company, talking about available positions, discussing potential career paths, and offering one-on-one interviews.
The objective of the event is to connect recruiters from companies within the ceramic industry with students taking their first steps toward the job market and their future, guiding their discovery of this key Made in Italy industry.
The activities at the Panariagroup booth will include introductory and informational interviews for young people under the age of 30 (appointments can be made until 25 September via the M.I.T.O. platform) in order to understand their expectations and interests and show them how their skills can be applied within the company through training opportunities like curricular or extracurricular internships and enrolment in specialised training programs.
At the same time, Panariagroup will welcome high school students visiting Cersaie to its Masterplan, in Hall 30, giving them an introduction to the ceramic industry and the career opportunities it offers. This is another testament to the Sassuolo-based group’s commitment to social responsibility, as mentioned in its latest Sustainability Report. The company’s goals and ambitions include nurturing the talent and individual characteristics of its employees, increasing the number of employees under the age of 35 by defining an integration plan, and continuing to invest in training programs and initiatives.
Emilio Mussini, President of Panariagroup, said: “Events like Cersaie’s Career Day are currently more important than ever for creating a bridge between the worlds of education and business. For Panariagroup, actively participating in projects that can tangibly benefit the future of the community and, in particular, the younger generation, means confirming our commitment to a model of responsible growth, one that invests in young talent and views it as an essential resource for bringing new skills and ideas to the company and making sure that we drive innovation into the future.”
